The Hydraforce 5615001.M60 (5615001.M60) is a spool type, pilot-operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve, specifically designed for regulating pressure in secondary circuits. This versatile valve features an internal pilot and an internal spring chamber drain. It operates by allowing bidirectional flow between port 2 and port 1 in its steady state, with the spring chamber continuously drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, this configuration enables the valve to relieve excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. The PR10-36XX model also offers several noteworthy features including adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and cannot be backed out of the valve, ensuring durability and reliability. Optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi) are available for varied application needs. The hardened spool and cage contribute to a long service life, making it suitable for demanding environments. Furthermore, this valve is compatible with industry-common sizes, providing flexibility in integration with existing systems.
