The Hydraforce 5615001.M30 (5615001.M30) is a spool type, pilot-operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve, specifically designed for secondary circuit pressure regulation. This valve features an internal pilot and an internal spring chamber drain. In its steady state, the PR10-36XX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1, with continuous drainage at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1 and allowing relief from port 1 to port 3. The valve includes features that prevent adjustments from being backed out and ensure that springs do not go solid. Optional spring ranges are available up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
