The Hydraforce 5614929P.05.8 (5614929P.05.8) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve featuring an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber. Specifically designed to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits, this valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. The PR50-38XXX model includes features that prevent adjustments from being backed out of the valve and ensure that springs do not go solid during operation.
