The Hydraforce 5614929P.01.5 (5614929P.01.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve with an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber. This valve is designed to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits, ensuring stable pressure control under varying conditions. It allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state, with the spring chamber constantly drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3 over the set reducing value. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and are designed to prevent springs from going solid, enhancing reliability and performance consistency. It offers optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi), catering to various application requirements. The hardened spool and cage contribute to long-lasting durability, making it suitable for demanding environments.
