The Hydraforce 5614929P.01.2 (5614929P.01.2) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to regulate pressure in secondary circuits. This valve features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, ensuring smooth operation and reliable performance. In its steady state, the PR50-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable range above the set reducing pressure. The design includes hardened spool and cage components for enhanced durability and long life, making it suitable for demanding applications. The valve also offers optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi) for versatile use in various settings. Adjustments are secure and cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing issues related to springs going solid during operation. An optional feature includes protecting port 2 with a 60 mesh, 250-micron rated screen for added reliability in specific applications. With its industry-common size and robust construction, this Hydraforce valve provides efficient pressure management solutions across multiple hydraulic systems without compromising on quality or longevity.
