The Hydraforce 5614917.M160 (5614917.M160) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This component features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, specifically designed to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, the PR50-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, this valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at variable values over the set reducing pressure.
