The Hydraforce 5614916.M37.9 (5614916.M37.9) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it ideal for regulating pressure in secondary circuits. The valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, this valve can relieve excess pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prevent springs from going solid, as well as optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
