The Hydraforce 5614916.M100 (5614916.M100) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it ideal for pressure regulation in secondary circuits. It allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state, with the spring chamber consistently drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, the valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. The design includes optional protection for Port 2 with a 60 mesh, 250-micron rated screen.
