The Hydraforce 5614915S.02 (5614915S.02) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it ideal for use as a pressure regulating device in secondary circuits. The valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage at port 3 in its steady state. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, the valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at varying values over the set reducing pressure. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prevention of springs going solid, with optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
