The Hydraforce 5614915P.M25 (5614915P.M25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This component features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it an effective pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, the PR50-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, this valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at a variable value over the set reducing pressure. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and adjustments that prevent springs from going solid. Optional spring ranges are available up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
