The Hydraforce 5614915.M18 (5614915.M18) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber, making it an effective pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. The valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state, with the spring chamber constantly drained at port 3. Once a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, the valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. This model includes features such as non-backout adjustments to prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
