The Hydraforce 5614911.M40 (5614911.M40) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, designed specifically for pressure regulation in secondary circuits. In its steady state, the pr50-38xxx model facilitates bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a preset pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, this valve is capable of relieving pressure from port 1 to port 3 at a variable value above the set reducing pressure. The valve includes features that prevent adjustments from being backed out and prohibit springs from going solid. Optional spring ranges extend up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
