The Hydraforce 5614903.05 (5614903.05) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This valve features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it an efficient pressure-regulating device for secondary circuits. It allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. The valve is equipped with adjustments that cannot be backed out and prohibit springs from going solid, ensuring reliable performance. Optional spring ranges are available up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
