The Hydraforce 5614902P.M180 (5614902P.M180) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, designed specifically for regulating pressure in secondary circuits. The valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 when in a steady state, with constant drainage through port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at variable values over the set reducing pressure. Notably, adjustments on this model cannot be backed out of the valve and are designed to prevent springs from becoming solid.
