The Hydraforce 5614902P.M160 (5614902P.M160) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve with an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber. It functions as a pressure-regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, this valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at variable values over the set reducing pressure. The pr50-38xxx model comes with features such as adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prevent springs from going solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
