The Hydraforce 5614902.25 (5614902.25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This valve includes an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it suitable for secondary circuit pressure regulation. In its normal operation, the pr50-38xxx model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage at port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a predetermined level, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable setting above the reduced pressure.
