The Hydraforce 5614901P.M120 (5614901P.M120) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it ideal for pressure regulation in secondary circuits. The valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state while maintaining the spring chamber constantly drained at port 3. When the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibitions against springs going solid. Optional spring ranges are available up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
