The Hydraforce 5614901.15 (5614901.15) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it ideal for pressure regulation in secondary circuits. In its standard operation, the PR50-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a predetermined level, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this mode, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. The valve offers optional protection for port 2 with a 60 mesh, 250-micron rated screen (option S).
