The Hydraforce 5614900.M34.5 (5614900.M34.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve, featuring an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber. Specifically designed to serve as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits, it allows bidirectional flow between port 2 and port 1 in its steady state while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, the valve can relieve port 1 to port 3 over a variable value beyond the set reducing pressure. The PR50-38XXX model includes features such as non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and offers optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi). The valve is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and longevity and fits industry-common sizes for ease of integration into existing systems.
