The Hydraforce 5614900.03.5 (5614900.03.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, designed specifically to regulate pressure in secondary circuits. This valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state, with the spring chamber consistently drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. The design includes adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibits springs from going solid, offering optional spring ranges up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
