The Hydraforce 5614900.02.5 (5614900.02.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. In its default state, the PR50-38XXX model allows bidirectional fluid flow between port 2 and port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a predetermined level, the valve shifts to block the flow at port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1 and relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value set by the reducing pressure.
