The Hydraforce 5614500V.08 (Material Number: 5614500V.08) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve, known as the PRES50-30. This valve is specifically designed to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits in systems with stable input flow. In its standard operating condition, the PRES50-30 permits bidirectional flow from port 3 to port 2 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 1. When the pressure at port 2 reaches a set level, the valve shifts to block flow at port 3, effectively regulating the pressure at port 2. Additionally, it can relieve excess pressure from port 2 to port 1 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure. The tank port pressure adds directly to the valve setting at a ratio of 1:1.
