The Hydraforce 5613406V.15 (5613406V.15) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. The RV10-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the piloting relief, allowing the main (second stage) spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with adjustment options A, B, and C incorporating positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. The valve is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for extended durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi). It provides a swift and smooth response to pressure surges and fits an industry-common cavity. It should be noted that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
