The Hydraforce 5613205.02 (5613205.02) is a high-performance hydraulic relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type valve is engineered to function as a pressure limiting device. It efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to activate the piloting relief, which then allows the main spool to shift and open the flow from port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with adjustment options A, B, and C incorporating positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The hardened spool and cage ensure long life, while optional spring ranges extend up to 207 bar (3000 psi) for versatile application needs.
