The Hydraforce 5613202.35 (Material Number: 5613202.35) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed to serve as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits where fast response and low hysteresis are essential. The RV50-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main spool to shift and open the flow path between ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, ensuring springs do not go solid, and a hardened spool and cage for extended durability. Additionally, it offers rapid and smooth responses to pressure changes and comes in an industry-common size for easy integration into existing systems.
