The Hydraforce 5613201.M112.8 (5613201.M112.8) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main (second stage) spool to shift and open the flow path between ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with adjustment options A, B, and C incorporating positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid.
