The Hydraforce 5613100.04.3 (5613100.04.3) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. The RV10-26X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the piloting relief off its seat, allowing the main (second stage) spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. This valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with adjustment options A, B, and C equipped with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve includes a hardened spool and cage for extended longevity and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi). It provides fast and smooth response to pressure surges and fits an industry-common cavity.
