The Hydraforce 5613010.33 (5613010.33) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed to function as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, allowing the main (second stage) spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and are designed to prevent springs from going solid. The hardened spool and cage ensure long-lasting durability, while the valve's design guarantees rapid and smooth responses to pressure changes. Additionally, it comes in an industry-common size for easy integration into various systems.
