The Hydraforce 5613007.M230 (5613007.M230) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action allows the main (second stage) spool to shift, thereby opening the flow from port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid, and a hardened spool and cage which contribute to its long life. The RV50-26X offers rapid and smooth response to pressure changes and is available in an industry-common size for ease of integration into existing systems.
