The Hydraforce 5613002.M193 (5613002.M193) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. This model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 activates the piloting relief, allowing the main spool to shift and open the flow between ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid, ensuring reliable operation. The hardened spool and cage enhance durability, providing a long service life. Additionally, it delivers rapid and smooth responses to pressure changes while maintaining compatibility with industry-common sizes.
