The Hydraforce 5613001.M116 (5613001.M116) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This RV10-26X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the piloting relief off its seat, allowing the main (second stage) spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design ensures that adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve, with options A, B, and C featuring positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for long life and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
