The Hydraforce 5613000.M40 (5613000.M40) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. The RV10-26X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the piloting relief, which then shifts the main spool to open port 1 to port 2. It should be noted that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and offers adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. Constructed with a hardened spool and cage, the valve promises long-lasting durability.
