The Hydraforce 5613000.04.3 (5613000.04.3) is a screw-in, cartridge-style hydraulic relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This pilot-operated, two-stage spool type valve serves as a pressure-limiting device, effectively blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main spool shifts and opens port 1 to port 2, allowing flow through the valve. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and offers adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and long life. Optional spring ranges are available up to 207 bar (3000 psi), providing flexibility in various applications. The RV10-26X model ensures fast and smooth response to pressure surges while fitting into an industry-common cavity design for ease of integration into existing systems.
