The Hydraforce 5612696.35 (5612696.35) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuit protection. This component, known as the XRVd50-20X, operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered for rapid response to load changes while maintaining low hysteresis, low pressure rise, and minimal internal leakage. The valve features non-backout adjustments and maintains a consistent adjuster height during pressure setting changes. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures long-lasting performance and durability. The XRVd50-20X offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits into an industry-common cavity, making it versatile for various hydraulic applications requiring reliable pressure control.
