The Hydraforce 5612623P.M344 (5612623P.M344) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. This model, known as the XRVd50-20X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 causes the poppet to unseat. It is engineered for applications requiring rapid response to load changes with minimal hysteresis, low pressure rise, and low internal leakage. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height during pressure setting modifications. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures extended operational life. Additionally, the valve offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits into an industry-common cavity, making it versatile for various hydraulic systems.
