The Hydraforce 5612603V.M300 (5612603V.M300) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed as a pressure-limiting device for hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the XRVd50-20X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered for applications requiring rapid response to load changes with low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. The valve features an adjustment mechanism that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height regardless of pressure setting changes. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures long-lasting durability. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits an industry-common cavity for versatile use in various hydraulic systems.
