The Hydraforce 5612603P.50 (5612603P.50) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic circuit protection. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the poppet off its seat, providing fast response to load changes in circuits that require low hysteresis, low pressure rise, and minimal internal leakage. This model features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and maintains a consistent adjuster height when altering the pressure setting. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures long-lasting durability and performance. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi), allowing for rapid response to pressure changes within an industry-common cavity design.
