The Hydraforce 5612602.42 (5612602.42) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic circuit protection. The XRV50-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the poppet off its seat, ensuring rapid response to load changes with minimal hysteresis, low pressure rise, and low internal leakage. Notable features include non-reversible adjustments that maintain adjuster height regardless of pressure setting changes, as well as a hardened poppet and cage for extended durability. This valve offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits an industry-common cavity, making it versatile for various applications requiring reliable pressure control.
