The Hydraforce 5612601.04 (5612601.04) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, providing rapid response to load changes with minimal hysteresis, pressure rise, and internal leakage. Key features include a non-adjustable back-out mechanism for the adjuster and a consistent adjuster height during pressure setting adjustments. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, this valve ensures long-lasting durability. It offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits an industry-common cavity, making it versatile for various applications requiring efficient circuit protection.
