The Hydraforce 5612571P.05 (5612571P.05) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. This valve, known as the xrvd50-20x, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered for applications demanding fast response to load changes with minimal hysteresis and low internal leakage. The design features a hardened poppet and cage to ensure durability and longevity, and it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). Notably, the adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out, and the adjuster's height remains constant when adjusting the pressure setting. The xrvd50-20x is compatible with industry-common cavities, making it versatile for various hydraulic systems where reliable circuit protection is essential.
