The Hydraforce 5612569NC.20 (5612569NC.20) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for hydraulic circuit protection by limiting pressure. This model, known as the xrvd50-20x, functions by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It provides rapid response to load changes, making it suitable for circuits requiring low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height regardless of pressure setting changes. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures durability and long life. The valve also offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits an industry-common cavity for versatile application in hydraulic systems.
