The Hydraforce 5612564V.M210 (5612564V.M210) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device for hydraulic circuit protection. Known as the XRV50-20X, this valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, thereby providing rapid response to load changes with minimal hysteresis and low internal leakage. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height regardless of pressure setting changes. It is constructed with a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). Additionally, it fits an industry-common cavity, making it versatile for various applications requiring reliable pressure control.
