The Hydraforce 5612564.38 (5612564.38) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed to serve as a pressure limiting device for standard hydraulic circuit protection. The XRVd50-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, thereby providing fast response to load changes with minimal hysteresis, low pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height regardless of pressure setting changes. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures long-lasting durability. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi), rapid response to pressure fluctuations, and fits within an industry-common cavity.
