The Hydraforce 5612563V.M160 (5612563V.M160) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed as a pressure limiting device for hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the xrvd50-20x, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat. It is engineered to provide rapid response to load changes in applications that demand low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. A key feature of this valve is that adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve, and the adjuster's height remains unchanged when altering the pressure setting. The product boasts a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). Additionally, it features an industry-common cavity for ease of integration into existing systems.
