The Hydraforce 5612563.M206 (5612563.M206) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. This model, known as the XRVd50-20X, efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered for applications requiring rapid response to load changes, offering low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. The valve features an adjustment mechanism that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height regardless of pressure setting changes. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures long-lasting durability. Additionally, it accommodates optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi), making it versatile for various hydraulic systems. Its design includes an industry-common cavity for ease of integration into existing setups.
