The Hydraforce 5612516.M207 (5612516.M207) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. Known as the xrvd50-20x, this valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered for fast response to load changes, making it ideal for applications requiring low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. The valve features a non-back-out adjustment mechanism where the adjuster's height remains constant during pressure setting modifications. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures durability and long life. The xrvd50-20x supports optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and is compatible with industry-common cavities.
