The Hydraforce 5612509P.M240 (5612509P.M240) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in common hydraulic circuit protection applications. This model, known as the xrvd50-20x, functions by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the poppet off its seat. This design ensures rapid response to load changes in circuits that demand low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. Notably, the valve's adjustments cannot be backed out, and the height of the adjuster remains unchanged when adjusting the pressure setting. The product features a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). Additionally, it accommodates an industry-common cavity for ease of integration into existing systems.
