The Hydraforce 5612509.32.5 (5612509.32.5) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic systems. This model is engineered to block flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing for fast response to load changes with minimal hysteresis and pressure rise, as well as low internal leakage. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height regardless of pressure setting adjustments. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability, this relief valve offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits into an industry-common cavity, making it versatile for various hydraulic applications requiring rapid response to pressure fluctuations.
