The Hydraforce 5612508.M210 (5612508.M210) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the xrvd50-20x, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until a specific pressure threshold at port 1 is reached, forcing the poppet off its seat. It is engineered for fast response to load changes in circuits that require low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. The valve features an adjustment mechanism where settings cannot be backed out and the height of the adjuster remains constant when adjusting pressure settings. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, this product ensures long-lasting durability. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes within an industry-common cavity design.
