The Hydraforce 5612498HV.36 (5612498HV.36) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in common hydraulic circuit protection applications. This relief valve, known as the XRV50-20X, operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the poppet off its seat, ensuring rapid response to load changes with low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. Notably, the adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out, and the adjuster's height remains constant during pressure setting adjustments. It features a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). The valve's design allows for quick adaptation to pressure changes and fits within industry-common cavities.
